Intensive, Hands-On Learning
Our workshops give you a comprehensive learning experience, encompassing solid skills training and intensive production along with a deeper understanding of bread and pastry. Workshops are limited to 16 students so that you have ample opportunity to interact with your instructor and fellow classmates. Our students include professional bakers seeking to master the latest methods and trends, enthusiastic home bakers who want to bring their hobby to the next level, and people looking for a new career either at the beginning of their professional lives or in the midst of transition. We will provide you with all the course information (lectures, formulas, and additional information) needed during the class as well as the equipment.
Days and Times
All 5-day workshops run from Monday through Friday.
Note: Classes start at 7:30AM on Monday morning and 7:00 AM Tuesday-Friday. Each day class finishes at 3:00 PM ( they may run until 3:30 PM). Breakfast pastries, coffee and tea are provided 30 minutes before class begins. Lunch is provided midday.
