Hamburger buns with egg bread dough

Divide the dough at 80g. Preshape into rounds.
Cover and rest for 20-30 min.
Round the dough again, and roll into ~4" discs.
Place on a parchment lined trays, apply egg wash, and proof at 80F for 2-3 hours.
Before baking, apply egg wash again and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes.
