San Francisco Baking Institute

Intensive, Hands-On Learning

Our five-day workshops give you a comprehensive learning experience, encompassing solid skills training and intensive production along with a deeper understanding of bread and pastry. Class sizes are kept to 12-15 people so that you have ample opportunity to interact with your instructor and fellow classmates. Our students include professional bakers seeking to master the latest methods and trends, enthusiastic home bakers who want to bring their hobby to the next level, and people looking for a new career either at the beginning of their professional lives or in the midst of transition.


Dates and Times

All courses run from Monday through Friday. Courses begin at 8:30am on Monday and 8:00am for the remainder of the week. Class ends at approximately 4:00pm each day.
