Our workshops give you a comprehensive learning experience, encompassing solid skills training and intensive production along with a deeper understanding of bread and pastry. Workshops are limited to 16 students so that you have ample opportunity to interact with your instructor and fellow classmates. Our students include professional bakers seeking to master the latest methods and trends, enthusiastic home bakers who want to bring their hobby to the next level, and people looking for a new career either at the beginning of their professional lives or in the midst of transition.
All 5-day workshops run from Monday through Friday. Courses begin at 8:30am on Monday and 8:00am for the remainder of the week. Class ends at approximately 4:00pm each day. Weekend workshops begin at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday and end at 4:00pm.
