Baking with a Wood Fired Oven
Don't miss this rare chance to experience baking the way it was done in days past! You will learn about the large selection of products that are well-suited to being baked in a wood fired oven, including breads and sweet and savory items such as pizza and rustic tarts. Instruction will also include the fundamentals of designing and building a wood-fired oven. Most of this class will be hands on, but some products will be demonstration only. Please note: Due to the size limitations of the wood fired oven, a sampling of each product will be baked in the wood-fired oven; the remainder will be baked in the gas fired deck oven.
