Three Ways to Register for a Five-Day Workshop

- Call or email us to request a paper registration form to be mailed, faxed, or emailed to you, which you can then then mail, fax (650.589.5729) or email back to us.

Payment Policy
- Tuition for all 5-Day Workshops is $980; tuition includes daily lunch. Sign up for 2 classes within a 12 month period and receive a 10% discount on the second class: total price is $1,862.
- A 50% deposit (cash, check or credit card accepted) is due upon registration. (Registration forms received without a 50% deposit will not hold a space in class.)
- The balance of class fee is due upon the first day of class.
Cancellation Policy
Students will receive a full (100%) deposit refund for cancellations made at least four weeks prior to the class start date. Cancellations received less than four weeks prior to the start date of a class are subject to a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations must be made in writing; please email, mail or fax to SFBI. In the unlikely event of instructor illness or insufficient enrollment, SFBI will notify registrants by phone 10 business days before the start of a cancelled class. Registrants will receive a full refund of their tuition payment, or may choose to credit the amount toward an alternate class.
