Tuition for SFBI Programs

Tuition: 5-Day Workshops

All 5-Day Workshops are $980, including lunch. A 50% deposit is due upon registration; the remainder is due on the first day of class. Sign up for 2 classes within a 12 month period and receive a 10% discount on the second class: total price is $1,862.

Cancellation Policy - 5-Day Workshops

Please Read and Understand

Students will receive a full (100%) refund on any deposits made for cancellations received more than four weeks prior to the start of any course or seminar. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the start of any course or program are subject to a 50% refund on any deposits received.

Tuition: Bread & Pastry Professional Training Program

Tuition fees for the 2007 Bread & Pastry Professional Training Program are as follows:

$17,350 for 18 weeks of training (8 hours per day)
$tba for optional trip to France. Airfare not included.
25% of tuition is due upon acceptance to the program.
Students who pay the full tuition 10 days before class begins receive a 10% discount off the prices shown above.
Students who pay 1/2 of tuition before classes begin and 1/2 30 days before the last day of class receive a 5% discount off the prices shown above.

We are committed to assuring that any student who wishes to attend our Bread & Pastry Professional Training Program can receive financial assistance if required. SFBI offers student loans for up to 50% of the total tuition. Contact us to find out more about our loan programs.
