Create and customize your own Professional Program! At SFBI we have created a Professional Series back to back where you can select what series fits you best or take all three:
Professional Bread Baking Series starts August 5th. Take 6 weeks of back to back bread baking experience learn from the fundamentals to the most current trends in Artisan Baking.
Professional Viennoiserie Baking Series starts September 23rd.
Students will be introduced to the main concepts in producing both Laminated and non Laminated Viennoiserie breads and advance into some modern shaping techniques.
Professional Pastry Series starting October 14th.
What you will learn in this series will become a strong foundation for you pastry knowledge and skills. You will cover ingredient functionality, pastry dough, tarts, layered cakes, wedding cakes, modern entremets with modern techniques, chocolate, and confections.
