• What is the schedule for 5-Day Workshops?
Workshops run from Monday through Friday. Class begins at 8:30am on Monday and 8:00am for the remainder of the week. Class ends at approximately 4:00pm each day.
• What should I wear to class?
Acceptable attire is a baker’s uniform of checked pants and a white shirt and/or jacket. Hats are optional. Wear comfortable non-skid shoes.
• What should I bring to class?
Students should bring a notebook, writing utensils and a calculator to class. Cameras are optional.
• Can I bring my mobile phone to class?
As a courtesy to our instructors and fellow students, mobile phones must be shut off or left on vibrate mode during class.
