Learn how to make Lye Breads, Sourdough Rye, Whole Grains, Spelt Bread, Bavarian Pretzels, Kaiser Rolls, 100% Rye Bread, German Rolls, and even traditional Pumpernickel?–?which bakes for 18 hours!
